Previously, Manitobans signed their driver’s licence or a separate paper card. The new online system means that a donation decision never gets lost, left behind or worn out. The information is available 24/7 to donation physicians world-wide.

Transplant Manitoba Gift of Life Program and Communications Coordinator, Jillian Barrott indicates, “Less than 1% of Manitobans are currently registered on With 7,800 registered, more people take in a Jets game on a single night. We know Manitobans support organ donation, we just need them to go online, register that information and share it with their loved ones.”
